LIBRARY  
Principal Librarian
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree plus
Possession of a minimum of a Master’s and a Ph.D degree in Librarianship/Information Science from a recognized University plus 5 years post Ph.D experience.
Adequate professional experience (without a Ph.D) after a minimum of 9years plus
A minimum of eight publications.
Librarian I
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree plus
Possession of a Master’s degree in librarianship from a recognized university plus
Adequate professional experience of a minimum of three years
Librarian II
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and a Master degree in Librarianship from a recognized University.
Higher Library Officer
Candidates must possess a minimum of five O’Level Credits including English Language.
Must have a B.Sc/HND in Library Science.
Library Officer
Candidates must possess five O’Level credits including English Language;
Must have an ND in Library Science
